First I must mention something I think you do know all about. That is the PC Computer and Microsoft Operating systems in general. You have heard of MS-DOS, Microsoft's first computer operating system, the Microsoft Disk Operating System announced in 1980 and 12 years later arrived Windows 3.0, MIcrosofts first "dog" but the computer world was new and every one waited for a Windows improvement.
Then someone turned the lights on in 1995, Windows 95 and Microsoft remained trustworthy ( well almost) through 2006, after Windows XP (the best ever) came out in 2001.
Along about this time, Microsoft's head man Bill Gates, although remaining in charge seemed to back off from the front line of daily operation. Who really knows or cares who took over the daily operation then? What we do know is that Microsoft's "second and worst ever "dog", Windows Vista came out about 2007. As bad is it was accepted world wide, why should we even consider Windows 7, just released in 2009?
I can tell you why we can not accept and trust Windows 7 in this great day of daily technological break throughs, because the great Microsoft company has dropped the ball and appears to no longer care about anything except bottom line profit.
Now the real news, the Apple Macintosh company has always been first interested in the bottom line profit, that is why their computers are expensive when compared with the PC and Windows. But the important thing, Apple also has always kept up with exact quality and technology. As the PC back in the 70s and 80s all cost $2500.00 and up, Apples still do. However they still give the quality of the earlier years and Microsoft has lost it.
And finally, you simply no longer need any PC with any version of Windows on it. But of course you still need to be able to run the thousands of Windows software programs that will run on nothing but Windows machines.
In comes genuine cutting edge technology . . . the modern Apple computer, it will run and mangage any version of Microsoft Windows much better than Windows could ever manage it'self. Mac makes Windows behave and Mac takes snapshots of Windows while Windows is in good shape, then can use the snapshot to replace your entire Windows system and all installed programs in just minutes.
And what is worth much more than anything else. The modern Mac computer is so intuitive with items such as the "Dock", that it actually teaches you how to use the computer, both Apple and Windows. If you can simply move the mouse over Dock programs (which include all Windows and Mac programs you desire) and read the amazing small popups, you hardly need learn more.
With the modern Apple Mac computer with thanks to Apple engineers, Intel technology, and the almost magical Parallels software system, we could praise all the accompnying merits all day and not say it all. The last word I am saying here is . . . I think it is imposssible to explain the qualities of the entire Apple computer and the OSX Leopard or the newest Snow leopard operating system using any mere words. You must persoanlly experience it.
I have experienced it! I will never go back to the PC and Windows alone. A few minutes on the Mac and you won't either.
